Last week, the amazing team from Oribe Hair Care (we carry Oribe’s luxurious, eponymous line of products here at SHAG) came to Boston for the Northeast Artistic Director Class, teaching new styling techniques to stylists from across the city. Lauren, one of our front desk coordinators, stepped in to model for the occasion.

Sometimes modern style is “difficult” to digest, but this vibrant, voluminous color, cut and style are equal parts eye-catching and universally flattering. For owner Sandy Poirier’s latest photos, top SHAG colorist Albana Zeqolli brought out our model Emili’s eyes with beautifully blended but amped up highlights, and cut stylist Kara Hurston added shapely layers for bounce. We dare you to stay in with this hair! Makeup by Liz Grace.
We love drama! …But only when it comes to hair, of course. Kara Hurston, very active member of our SHAG Editorial Team (and busy stylist) added tons of extensions to model Melissa’s shoulder-length brown hair. This look can absolutely be adapted for the “real world”- whatever THAT is- by just keeping it a BIT shorter, as not to find treasures hanging from your braid at the end of the day/night! Special thanks to Riccardi for unbelievable wardrobe (credits below).
